Exchange & Return policy

Exchange Policy- Pakistan.

We only exchange products and do not refund in case the customer doesn’t like the product(s).
Items on sale are NOT ELIGIBLE for exchange.
Customized orders are NOT ELIGIBLE for exchange.
A product can be exchanged only ONCE through the course of an order.
For Exchange, customers need to born Pickup & Re-shipping charges which is Rs.350/- all over Pakistan.
